I would give this place a negative number if I could. I took a truck in that needed a tire fixed. I went at 730 am and The guy at the counter was ignorant and rude. There was no one else around and yet he said he was too busy to fix it. He obviously didn't want the business and was lazy. Things have gone down hill in that place since the old manager has left. On Saturday, July 5 I had gone out to pick up a few groceries and when I came out of the store, I noticed that my driver’s side rear tire was low. I was just going to put some air in it so drove down to Kal Tire a few blocks away. It was 2 minutes to 5:00 pm when I arrived and they close at 5pm. ☹ The gentleman who was working was by himself and in the back working on another customer’s tire. I have been to Kal Tire 3 times in the last short while. Always impressed with the service from Dillon. Your number one shop in the area.
Today I bought a tire in for repair first thing at 8 am . The tech was not very motivated to help me i explaned that it was urgent. He just said that it would be "some time today"!! When I went back 2 hours later and they had not even looked at the tire? So I took the tire and went somewhere else in town. This seems very stranged based on the good reviews that are posted here.
