So I’ve gone here a few times mostly because my husband always comes here and booked the appointment for my tires but the last time I came, they didn’t call me to tell me when my car was ready and I asked him to call me and they didn’t but I just showed up when they said it was gonna be done and sure enough. Scam artists. They've got it down to a science. A few years ago I took my car there just to get the brakes replaced. Was quoted a few hundred dollars and was told it would only take a couple hours. So I booked the appointment and took my car in on that day. Not only did they keep my car all damn day, but someone posing as the mechanic working on my car called me 2 hours after drop off to say that they found something during an "inspection" which I did not request but was charged for anyway. Best customer service in town! Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
Dropped off car for a tire swap. Came back an hour and 45 minutes later and noticed car was not even started. Asked for keys to leave, no apology or anything. I understand it's a busy time but I had a booked appointment time. Obviously they are taking on way more than they can handle. Very disappointed as I've been a multiple time a year return customer the past five years
