Called to have brake pads replaced on a 1/2 ton truck with 104,000 km's on it. Returned to pick up the truck and pay, and they decided to do rotors as well. No call, nothing....and got stuck with a $1600 bill when I was expecting pads only. Greasy

Marina is an exceptional person to deal with! Great attitude and incredible service! She remembered our different vehicles and the several tires we have stored at Kal Tire. Great advice and top quality service. She’s a real gem and makes our experience a pleasure every time!

Went there to change my tires over and they called me halfway through my appt to say that they broke off my lug nut and they needed to charge me an extra hour to put my tires back on. I said no and she said well we can’t put your tires back on so you’ll have to tow it from here. I said that doesn’t make sense you should have called me prior. Then she said well I’ll just put your tires back on and you can take it somewhere else. Then I said I thought couldn’t put the tires back on?? I didn't know KalTire did brakes and suspension work until I asked, but they do. Clint, the man at the front desk, was really friendly and answered all my questions. KalTire did a throrough, and fast, job diagonosing my brakes and replaced the rear brake rotors and pads within 2 hours of dropping it off. I would recommend KalTire for their quality repairs and customer service.
