Ryan and Erdas here were so incredible. My family was driving from Alberta and our rim cracked, and they did absolutely everything possible to help us figure out a solution. They seriously went above and beyond, their customer service is unmatched! I highly HIGHLY recommend this location.

I called Kal Tire in Sparwood in a bit of a panic, I needed my tires balanced badly and was going to be passing through in a couple of hours. They were so kind and accommodating, squeezing me in for their very last appointment of the day without hesitation. Had some friends out from Ontario and Newfoundland showing them the beauty of the Crows Nest and into BC. We stopped in Sparwood to check out the Titan Truck. Walked back to the pickup and coolant laying in the ground. Call Kal Tire and they said come on in right away. After we got the truck on the hoist the Technician discovered a pin hole in the high pressure transmission line.
