I called Kal Tire in Sparwood in a bit of a panic, I needed my tires balanced badly and was going to be passing through in a couple of hours. They were so kind and accommodating, squeezing me in for their very last appointment of the day without hesitation. Had some friends out from Ontario and Newfoundland showing them the beauty of the Crows Nest and into BC. We stopped in Sparwood to check out the Titan Truck. Walked back to the pickup and coolant laying in the ground. Call Kal Tire and they said come on in right away. After we got the truck on the hoist the Technician discovered a pin hole in the high pressure transmission line. I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by Ryan at Sparwood’s Kal Tire on several occasions, and each time has been a great experience. Most recently, Ryan went above and beyond by not only helping me quickly troubleshoot the issue I was experiencing, but also showing incredible patience, kindness, and professionalism. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on. His friendly attitude and thorough approach really stood out.
