Tires were changed promptly, respecting my appointment, however, the technician who drove my car must have been 7 feet tall. My seat was adjusted so much that I could barely touch the pedals when I sat down- not just the length but also the lean of the seat. The cabin heater temperature was turned all the way down to low. I assume the control knob was hit accidentally since it was 3 degrees outside. Everything else was fine.
