Friendly staff,jobs done professionally. ( edited ) after 2years, manager or owners changed , it is different now
Made an appointment for tires and an alignment over two weeks ahead of time, drove over 4 hours- 5 minutes before our appointment they called us and told us they did not have the tires. Really disappointed and they put us in a bad spot with winter coming and work schedules.
Wow, i have to give Kal Tire a 10 out of 10!! They took my vehicle in without an appt and had to scrape all the mud from Inside the rims ( which was making the vehicle shake badly). AND at NO CHARGE!! I’ll be going there for any tires and service from now on! Thank you Kal Tire
Fantastic after hrs call out to Nampa. Less than one hr from call to arrival. I wish I caught the guys name. Very efficient and professional. Kal tire if u read this u got a good man on the job. Aug 11 25 call out for trailer tire repair at Fas Gas Nampa.
