I live way outside of town, on my way to pick up my new tires I had some car trouble, wasn't going to arrive a the shop till after closing. The employee came back to the shop after closing and got me the tires and helped me load them up. great shop, great team.
Extremely disappointed. Although all of my vehicle details were provided beforehand, including the fact that it is a diesel, there was a $100 discrepancy between the quoted price and what I was actually charged. If they needed to adjust the price for a diesel engine, they should have informed me and asked for my permission before proceeding with the service. Unethical business practices. I would give 0 stars if possible.
