ISSUE RESOLVED. I'm 61, my Husband 76. We've been dealing with this location for years, 3 cars worth of time. My tire repair which was a valve was no good. My tire went totally flat about a month later. They charged me for another full repair minus $3.00 for the valve. My total cost ended up being about $100.00 for a tire valve. SHAME ON U.
Fast and cheap
Poor experience today. Had an appointment booked for 3pm and arrived early at 230. Truck went into shop a little after 3 and after 45 minutes they only managed to get the wheel nuts off the front 2 tires. I had another appointment so told them if they couldn’t get it done by 5 to give me back the truck and I’d be in my way. The appointment was for a F-550 tire rotation so the tires would need to come off the rims to be rotated. Last time I came in here I was having a really bad day. You know the kind of day... I was obtuse and demanding. I blamed them for a problem they didn't create. The guys at the store were firmly respectful the entire time. Much respect to Kal Tire.
