Very good customer service and support
The level of service and honesty they provide is incredible. I have been going there for years and I have NEVER felt pressured, upsold, or over charged. I am a commuter in a rural area. If my car is in the shop, I can't get to work. The amount of times they have squeezed me in, and fixed it quick is hard to fathom. This is an EXCELLENT place to take your car for everything you need.
Second time KalTire has rescued me. On my way to a week of camping I drove over debris on the road, which caused some issues a few days later. They got my car in right away, and when they learned leaving my car overnight would leave me stranded they scrambled to find me a vehicle so the kids and I could get back to the campsite. A bad vacation experience turned into a good memory of how helpful people can be. Thank you!
Employees were efficient, courteous, and helpful.
I was driving up from Minnesota to see my dad, who was hospitalized at a local hospital, and I got a flat tire along the way. Stopped in 10 minutes before they opened in hopes that they could fit me in that day, and within minutes, they pulled my car into a bay and fixed the tire. I was on my way within about 40 minutes. Beyond grateful for their top notch service.
