The reason I keep coming back to this location. Once again today the guys at my local Kal Tire on South Fraser Way in Abbotsford took great care of us. Needed a quick, unexpected brake repair and they got our car in right away. They gave me a fair quote in a timely manner and had the repairs done by end of the day. Much appreciated, great job! I had a recurring flat tire issue that I went to them about. Unfortunately, they didn’t find the problem, which resulted in the tire getting destroyed. When I called back to complain, the manager was super nice and understanding. He took the time to listen to my grievances and also investigated things on their side. He made things right by compensating me for the damage and wasted time by performing some other services on the car free of charge. I respect that a lot — they messed up and owned up to it.
