The lady at the front desk was so good. In the end I didn't need tires but I will be back next spring because of the excellent service she gave. I'm a little old lady so to speak so she showed me how to measure my tires and assess my tires so I can bring them in when needed. I most definitely be back because of the time she spent and the kindness she showed
Shout out to Nathan Smid, Bought 8 drives from a different store. Stopped in here because they were cupping. Not only did Nate rotate the tires at no charge, he diagnosed it as the wrong tires for what I do. He also contacted the Bridgestone sales rep to confirm. And he got the ball rolling to help get me in the right tires. Really appreciate him going the extra mile.
few years ago I came here to check for weird vibration in front while turning. The technician takes off tire, does a balance run, proceeds to show me excessive toe wear and quotes me a full set of new tires as if that was the smoking gun diagnosis. Didn't offer any other inspection services or possible causes. Few weeks later, front lower control arm failed catastrophically (not on the highway thank God).
