Missed basic items , had to double check their work . They fixed it willingly but should have caught the issue beforehand
I called Kal Tire for a quote on new tires and was shocked to find their price was nearly double what a competitor was charging for the exact same tires. When I told them I wouldn't be moving forward because of the huge price difference, I expected that to be the end of it. Instead, Kal Tire complained to the manufacturer about the competitor's lower pricing, and the competitor was forced to either raise its prices or risk losing access to the product line.
