I was travelling across Canada and had a vehicle issue, where I had to have it towed. Not knowing the area at all, I had my vehicle taken to Kal Tire in Kenora. OMGoodness, my stress level was high: I was exhausted from the driving ...I am sure others can empathize about vehicle issues while on road trips are not pleasant. However, Jason at Kal Tire, was calm, reassuring and offered to assist me the best he could.
