I went to Kal Tire to get my car aligned. They broke the parts of the car and kept the car with them for a week and broke the parts too. They are charging me for the parts and also giving me a discount of $8 for labor. There is no apology or solution for the problem I faced without the car. It is my mistake that I skipped all the tire shops and went to Kal Tire for alignment. Another thing the staff used to say Monday fix it Tuesday fix it but did not provide any solution.
Went in for an appointment start time at 4pm - left at 6pm (closing time) for only a oil change; great job Kal Tire - setting some tough standards
Excellent service. It's hard to justify buying anywhere else.
Great quick efficient work. Got my tires balanced and it took maybe an hour. Kye was an excellent technician who was very knowledgeable and gave me a heads up about some work my car was needing.
Complete waste of time.
