Oh man, Kal Tire, so bad! I go there, tire flat, need fix quick. They say, 'Four days, okay?' Four days! I cannot wait four days, eh? No help, nothing. I go somewhere else, fix tire fast. Kal Tire no good, waste time. Don't go there, okay?

I brought my truck to Kal Tire for a tire rotation, wheel balance, and alignment. While it was in their shop, I received a call advising that the ball joints needed replacement. I approved the repair. When I arrived to pick up my truck, I was informed that the technician had damaged the wheel speed sensor, which had to be reordered. As a result, my truck began throwing diagnostic codes, and the 4x4 system was no longer engaging—particularly concerning during the winter months in Northern BC.
