Went in for tie rod replacement and the mechanics misdiagnosed the issue and made an error with repairs which caused severe misalignment issues and rendered my vehicle unsafe to drive. I talked to Darcy and he got me in the shop the next day and did everything he could to fix the problem. He drove my car with me a few times to understand what was causing it.
