A piece of steel thru tire sidewall destroyed my tire, I was in a bind with my family sitting in the car out in the country waiting, even tho the store was busy they took my wheel and got me a new tire and on my way in less than thirty minutes. Great service.

Booked a tire rotation and oil change a week in advance for 1 pm. Dropped my vehicle off at 12:45 & they said they’d call when it was done. Came back at 2:30 because I hadn’t received a call yet just to find out my car wasn’t even started yet. They said 30 mins so I came back at 3:30 and it was just being started. Resulting in not being finished until 4:30. We made an appointment to have two new tires installed. This location took HOURS to complete the changeovers AND failed to determine on initial delivery that one of the wheel rims could not be reused. This meant that they stuck us with one new tire AND had NO solutions and DID NOT CARE!!! Avoid this location at all costs. Zero stars if possible. *Edit*.
