Went in for tie rod replacement and the mechanics misdiagnosed the issue and made an error with repairs which caused severe misalignment issues and rendered my vehicle unsafe to drive. I talked to Darcy and he got me in the shop the next day and did everything he could to fix the problem. He drove my car with me a few times to understand what was causing it. I recently had my daughter's vehicle booked in for a wheel alignment. I had previously done some work on it (struts stabilizer links etc). This is why I wanted a wheel alignment done. Right after we dropped the vehicle off I got a phone call asking where I got the work done and that the vehicle was in need of a ball joint.
