Quality, honest work. Had vibration in my tires that another shop charged me much more to do and they didn't even do it properly. These guys took the time to balance them correctly (rotating the tires on the rim when the weight required to balance is too much. They took their time and tried many different position to find the best possible balance. Made it the last 3300km of my trip I had to drive with no issue. Thanks guys! Solid team of young tech here. Wish them all well.

I can't tell you how grateful we are to the guys at Kal Tire in Port McNeill, particularly the fellow (unfortunately I didn't get his name) who dropped everything he was doing to trouble shoot a transmission problem and get us quickly back on the road. We would not have made it back to Gabriola Island that day if not for him; as it was, we had a worry-free trip home and the vehicle is running great! Many, many thanks!
