Prompt friendly service. Nakita and C.J. on the service desk did a great job listening to my concerns of my vehicles. Carlos the mechanic also listened to my concerns and took care of all the deficiencies I had on my vehicles. Safety is number one with me . For my sake and everyone else on the road. Friendly and knowlegable staff. Quick turnaround with my tires.
Mechanic was unreal, I wanted a wheel alignment and he says my wheel bearing has play (as he is pushing on the rotor) . Then he says Im missing a cotter pin from a ball joint (.10 cent item). Then he says after I pointed out to him that my drag link has play . Then he proceeded to say " oh you work in the oil field you have lots of money" . Absolutely unreal, so that makes your treatment and behavior acceptable? No wonder these guys have fallen so far.
