Great experience here every time I went.
We had some issues with our truck and trailer on our way to camp at Mt Robson. I called ahead and described the issue. The person on the phone was reassuring and said they’d take a look. When we arrived they were ready for us. They ran a diagnostic, tweaked a few things and checked over the truck. The mechanic took it for a test drive. Then had us hitch the trailer and test drive to be sure we were satisfied. Under $100 and about an hour later, we were on our way! So polite and friendly.
Really appreciate the team for taking care of me after I stopped in last minute for a tire balance only to find out it was much more than that caused by another shop. Not that I hope to go back soon, they definitely earned a repeat customer!
Broke a gear in the steering box. They took 5 days to repair the truck. 5 days later I get it back and the power steering doesn’t work. Worked fine when I dropped it off. The truck wanders all over the road. Barely driveable. Terrible place. I will never take anything there ever.
Free air pressure check and torqued my nuts. (Giggety) Was driving from Edmonton to Vancouver. Was friendly and some quick safety done promptly. Thank-you staff of the Edson establishment.
