I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this Kal Tire location again. I get that all tire shops are slammed at this time of year with everyone wanting winter tires but my experience with this particular location was frustrating to say the least. So, long story short, I made a 4:30 pm appointment on a Tuesday to have 2 new winter tires put on my car. It seemed simple enough. It took 3 and half hours to change tires. Had appointment at 8 am, got my car back at 11 am only to find out rims are missing from tires. Took another half hours to put the rims back. Got some scratch in one rim and one air valve cap is missing.
It’s tire season so realistically things are a bit more busy, you have to adjust your expectations, these people are working their butts off, but they did a great job. I booked an appointment for a leaky tire to be fixed and they were able to squeeze me in within a few hours. The people working here were friendly and did a good job so I booked new tires and an oil change for the following week. They did a good job . I will be back.

Before the name change from Frisby tire, fantastic service great group of trustable people that had been there for years. I had all my trust into them. Fast-forward after name change from frisby to kal tire, unqualified, dishonest, incompetent new group of people running the show now is absolutely astounding. I always brought all my vehicles into the guys when it was frisby, no questions asked.
