I had a sudden flat tire due to a nail and Kal Tire was the only place open early enough to be able to help and still get me to work on time. They were quick, efficient, and absolutely lovely! Highly recommend!
I went there today with a nail stuck in my tire. This was discovered during the servicing of my car at the Toyota Dealership. The dealership told me to immediately replace my tire. I wanted a second opinion so I came to Kal Tire in Nepean. I am so SO grateful to Derek (I hope I'm getting your name right!), an experienced and older gentleman. Extremely thorough and quality work, I was pretty impressed as I’ve never been to kal tire before. Would definitely use them again.
I dropped in to schedule an appointment. Raj offered to fit me in right away (leak in my tire), bonus! Nice clean waiting room, they have a coffee bar and filtered water. All of the staff were kind and courteous. Special thanks to Raj for excellent customer service ☺️
