I had been going to my dealership to service my 2018 F150 but recently I decided to go to Kal Tire on Clyde. I have to say that I was 100% satisfied with the whole experience. Hamad and James were patient and friendly. Kris the automotive technician was very knowledgeable and did wonderful work. It was so nice to have complete trust in the work that was a recommended and performed. I would definitely return for future service.

Called day-of about a noise behind my tire, and was able to come by that afternoon! They quickly found the issue and I was back on my way within minutes. Trevor came out front to explain everything and showed me exactly what had been causing the noise. I was incredibly happy with the service and the reassurance! Thanks very much to Trevor and the rest of the team!
I visited in morning for ailments and they said book online and when I chat online they said call store So disappointing I will never come back to this location
