I had been going to my dealership to service my 2018 F150 but recently I decided to go to Kal Tire on Clyde. I have to say that I was 100% satisfied with the whole experience. Hamad and James were patient and friendly. Kris the automotive technician was very knowledgeable and did wonderful work. It was so nice to have complete trust in the work that was a recommended and performed. I would definitely return for future service.
I dropped my car off 11 days ago. I was told the repairs would be done on May 25th because the parts would not be on until then. It is now June 3rd and all I've gotten is a call asking if I want to get my brakes done while the car is in. I am beyond frustrated. I've purchased at least 3 sets of tires from this shop and more of you count the well run Frisby Tire that it replaced. There are other options and I won't make this mistake again. What a joke. (My fault for not checking the reviews first)
