I’m giving Kal Tire Duncan 5/5 for their friendly and knowledgeable staff (RAY) and excellent mechanical work on my car. Top notch! The one area I believe they need to pay attention to is not leaving grease marks on the interior of my car. The day before I brought my car into Kal Tire I had it detailed for over $700 and when Kal tire was finished with the brakes my car had greasy marks on the exterior of the car and grease marks all over the inside drivers door. Overall though I’d 100% recommend them.
My car tire went flat yesterday. Today, I used the spare tire to buy a new one. Although this store didn't have the tire I needed, a female employee helped us check if the tires were tightened to ensure our safety on the road. We felt very relieved. Thank you so much to this kind girl!!!!🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹
Always excellent service
I got three different quotes and Karl tire beat them all but what really made them stand out was their customer service over the phone and in person! They did a really great job.
