An incredible level of service. Just one week prior I had a flat and had it serviced at the Kal tire on Keating crossroad the following week a flat reappeared and this was after a vehicle service at my selected garage. It appeared to be the same tire, I was on the road and now in Duncan And I got to the Kal tire 20 minutes before closing not only did they stay open they proved it was a new flat and the sensors were working incorrectly, which they also fixed and they did it at no charge. Great service! I always recommend them
The worst customer experience ever. The level of incompetency was shocking and the reply was that “we could just go somewhere else” when in fact they were actually fixing their initial install. My advice to all is ‘Go somewhere else first!!’
I love the Kal Tire in Port McNeil. The Kal Tire in Duncan needs to work on their customer service. If you knowingly serve the wrong customer an apology goes along way. Not all Kal Tires are equal which is a shame.
