Staff are amazing and sooo helpful! I had problems with my camper while traveling; I called and let them know I was on my way and they jumped in to help, all with a smile and got me back on the road in no time.
I had to wait and wait and wait and wait until the employee was finished some kind of paperwork or something before he even acknowledged me. He was bland and unfriendly like my presence was an inconvenience. Perhaps Kal Tire should hire more people so the other TWO computers in the waiting room can be used to address customers. Missed my appointment because my car wouldn't start and I was unable to call and let them know. I was able to get the car running and brought it in 2 hours late and they were still at to fit me in before the end of the day. The staff were amazing. Highly recommend this location. They provide unparalleled service and really put in the effort to treat their customers like they are valued.
