Huge shoutout to Declan from Kal Tire!! I was stranded on the highway just outside of Banff in a U-Haul with a flat tire and he came to the rescue. Declan was so incredibly friendly and even offered to get me food before showing up and changing my tire in no time. Clearly a pro, and genuinely one of the nicest humans I've ever met. Thanks again my man!
3/5 studs on my tire came loose driving from Revelstoke. Kal tire re-torqued my tires right away, free of charge and were super friendly.

On the road we need a service call from this location. The guy DECLAN was very experienced and have proper knowledge how to deal situations over the road specially on the uphill for a tractor and trailer.
We had a very positive experience at Kal Tires. Our rental car had an issue that needed to be addressed quickly, and Kyle managed to fit us into the schedule on short notice. Kyle was wonderful – he was incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring, and kind. Excellent customer service and we would highly recommend.
