I had to get my car towed there and arrived there after they closed. They offered me the after hours fee and stayed to fix my car. They also let me bring my dog inside and gave him treats. Awesome service
I will never use Kal Tire Golden ever again!! I’ve been a loyal customer for 6 years+ until this weekend (nov 1st) I had the most horrible encounter with the front desk employee. I have never been so disrespected, blamed & berated. His personality is not capable of performing a customer service position. Considering I was about to spend over $1k at your shop, in hindsight I should have turned and walked away from the sale. Amazing, cheerful and EXTREMELY well organized!!! Fixed my flat on a commercial vehicle without hesitation, despite how busy they were. HIGHLY reccomend! All the staff are true professionals.
