⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointing and Disrespectful Experience I recently went to Kal Tire for a puncture repair on the inside rear tire of my semi-trailer, and the experience was extremely unpleasant. From the beginning, the staff were rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. The bald man at the reception asked for payment before even starting the job. Pulled into town late in the day and found a flat tire on a trailer. They squeezed me in immediately without an appointment and had me back in the saddle within the hour. Great and friendly service .....👍🏽👍🏽
With a long way to go and a short time to get there I had an issue with a tire. They got me in at the end of the day and pulled a rabbit out of the hat. Everyone who I talked to at this location was very friendly and helpful. 100% recommend. Thank you!
I had to get my car towed there and arrived there after they closed. They offered me the after hours fee and stayed to fix my car. They also let me bring my dog inside and gave him treats. Awesome service
