I had a very disappointing experience at the Richmond Hill location today. My appointment was scheduled - yet it took over 3 hours just to complete a wheel alignment and tire balancing. Once the balancing was done, one of the workers, name Antony, drove my car out of the garage very aggressively, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Rescheduled my appointment called in "sick", and then refused to ever pick up the phone. Was left on hold for 20minutes, nobody picks up the phone tried multiple days. I won't beg for your business, not how you treat customers.
Worst experience. They have no clue what's going on. They have no manager bunch of kids trying to run a tire shop. I went in made appointment no one got back to me and when I followed up no one knows what's going on. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION at Yonge and Elgin Mills. You will be disappointed.
The locations is the most dysfunctional business we have ever dealt with. Never deal with them again !
I come back every year. Anthony and Elias is doing a great job at this location.
