First time at the Richmond Hill location. Had fast and professional service by a gentleman who said he was helping out from the Concord store. Car was in and out within the hour. Explained everything to me and was very friendly and pleasant. I will be coming to this location from now on. Even though the store was very busy I got my car back when it was promised. I had a great experience at this store! I went in to get my tire changed and was pleasantly surprised by how quick and efficient the service was. The staff were professional, friendly, and knew exactly what they were doing. I was in and out without any hassle. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for fast and reliable tire service!
Urgently needed replacement tire. Friendly knowledgeable staff set my appointment and obtained tire from warehouse next day, installed and alignment completed as promised. Good facility with decent parking out front.
Brought my car in to have a set of all-seasons replaced on my rims. Within an hour it was all taken care of, my rims were intact and my wheels were torqued to spec so I have no complaints there. Great service
