Adam at the service desk was super great, very knowledgeable and helpful to assist with securing my tires, service.
The Richmond Hill shop is a gem! They are the only Kal Tire shop in the GTA with a road force balance machine and the tech is very good with it. I was having severe vibration issues with the new tires I purchased from Kal Tire last year and had been to two other locations to try to get a resolution without success. The techs at Richmond Hill found the problem wheel but were not satisfied with the balance they could achieve, so they removed the tire and rotated it on the rim to redistribute the weight. Did tire repair today, they never bother to clean it after. Also ask to balance all 4 tire pressure, they put all tire pressure between 41-43 psi, had a rough drive home and have to deflate them a bit in the parking to standard level.
