I've been at Kal Tire customer for 15 years from BC to Ontario and whenever I visit a new location I'm always amazed at how great their business is from customer service to price to product selection and everything in between it has always been an incredible experience. 2 gentlemen who helped me today on Wednesday were incredible. Asked me to come in even as the store was closing, diagnosed and fixed my issue in minutes and did not pressure any kind of upsell on me. Will be coming back, I unfortunately didn't get their names
They’re fast, professional, and easy to work with.
They got the tires that I wanted in one day. I bought Nokian all weather tires. They work well for me.
Went to four places to have a tire patched after taking a nail… all told me to make appointment over next day or two. I went to Kal Tire and not only did Sukansh do this in 10 minutes, he didn’t charge me a dime! Was shocked! Without a doubt, I WILL be getting 4 new tires here in the spring. Thanks so much!
