Dr. Kelley was our family doctor for a few years in Kettle Falls. He was the Best. During our time seeing him, Dr. Kelley was very professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, focused on his patients, kind, confident, and promoted an Overall healthy lifestyle. He listened to our concerns about our children and took them seriously. He delivered my daughter, who was having complications, and his quick thinking and experience saved her life.
