Kalpuccino's Coffee House inside Kal Fitness was my 246th eatery / Café within Greater Vernon city limits. A woman in ideal exercise clothing served me up a 12 ounce iced latte with double espresso and milk on top that she poured while I held the cup. They didn't have any 20 ounce cups. I love this Gym, I have be going there off and on since the 90's. this is one gym that you can go and be yourself no judging. The trainers are great. The owner is fabulous.

I would never recommend this gym to anyone. The cleaner who works there is a total creep and has made unwanted advances on me. When expressing concerns to the owner, the owner just told me he was going to end my membership. Gym goer beware.

Coach Mikayla is very hateful and judgmental towards anyone who isn’t at her standard or that doesn’t share the same belief . Would not recommend her or this gym since they allow employees like this , it’s shameful . If you are looking for a healthy and supportive environment it is not here !
