Kal Financial was very responsive during the process of my loan and did an excellent job at explaining the process. Especially David Lawver and Krystle Kershaw were very helpful in timely explaining all the nuances that are otherwise so oblivious to the everyday Joe. Thanks for hanging in there :)
Overall good experience
David Lawver was very helpful with my mortgage. He listened to me talk about my financial situation and goals, and creatively structured a set of two loans that fit my situation perfectly and allowed me to keep my monthly payments at a specified level. I was very impressed. After that, his staff was right on top of things. They made sure to communicate, pretty much daily, because we had essentially two loan applications going with two different institutions that had different requirements.
