very long story short, she cannot re-create hair colours (no toners used at all), she's extremely reluctant to fix hair if you're unsatisfied. prices seem good at first but not worth it. not that good at haircuts, will not be accurate to photo(s). also uses a hair dye/highlight cap. Would dye hair back to black when unable to fix her choppy highlight-job and inaccurate hair colouring (was supposed to be brown with blonde highlights, turns out a coppery brown-red with yellow highlights). does not do refunds and would call the... read more
