I was recommended to Dr. Kakkis by a friend of mine and I’m so glad it happened. Dr. Kakkis is intelligent, no-nonsense, kind, warm and patient. After carefully listening to all my symptoms, she gave me a better understanding of my body’s behavior, and well thought out plan for balance. I feel better than I have in years. I highly recommend! PS I drive from Los Angeles to see her!

The care of Dr. Kakkis was excellent - she was very attentive and gentle. The Medical Group itself is an absolute nightmare. When checking out of the appointment I was told I owed no copay. 5 months later and I'm being billed $350 for a routine annual visit, and I never received the results from the examination. I've called at least three times over my bill and requesting the results of labwork and no movement forward.
