I can’t say enough good things about Kakis restoration. I hired them to mitigate a significant amount of mold and water damage on my dining room and living room ceilings due to a chimney leak. I didn’t know who to call or what to do. The owner, Emmanuel Kakis, was extremely professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything to me.
