Excellent chili spiced hot cocoa drink, The bitter from the high-quality chocolate hits the front of the pallet first, followed by the smoky spice. Yum!
I had read the reviews & kept seeing Kakawa while planning a quick family weekend to Boston/Salem & couldn’t wait to try it! There was a line but it moved soo fast & I was so impressed with the level of service when it was my turn. I wasn’t rushed, overwhelmed or lost in ordering. Definitely worth a visit & time - Talulah was very nice too at the register! $20 :)
Love their mocha with chili! Great coffee you really can't get other places very often. They have yummy chocolate covered bacon or dried fruit, and bowls of cut strawberries with chocolate from a chocolate fountain. $6.50 for a really good coffee.
