Went there past Saturday, Got Iced Coffee, That was the worst I ever had In price like $6 for medium size should not happen. Im not professional barista, but when I go to places and they do much worst than I can do at home with basic tool, that is sad... PS: I couldn't respond directly to the owners.... I dont need refund $6 won't make me any poorer or richer.... Its just amazing than 18 years old plus can not make simple coffee with milk and ice.... Amazing gourmet chocolates. The frozen hot chocolate was the best. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and very accommodating. When they were closing up, they told us to take our time and enjoy. They didn't kick us out. Appreciated that. Even gave us free tastes of their items. Loved this place. Went back twice during our trip.
Went to this place during my first trip to Salem. The staff was great and had good recommendations of the chocolates!!!! Definitely stop by and see them if you are in Salem.
The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and the chocolate was excellent in every way we enjoyed it!
