Broke the spring end of my caravan awning in transit to Gold Coast. Rang Daniel who was extremely helpful on the phone. He found a replacement part and came the next day to install. Got our holiday back on track. Excellent service and done willingly. Could not recommend higher. Thanks Daniel.
What fantastic service. I ordered my annex from Justin to be delivered to Bundaberg, Justin was so patient and helpful every step of the way. When I received my product I called numerous times for help putting it up, Justin was calm and helped with everything including a offer to face time so he could direct me what to do. I am 100% happy with delivery, product and help from the business. I would recommend Kakadu to everyone. I'm a bloody happy camper . Thanks guys.
