Kajukenbo Self Defense Institute (KSDI), focuses on self defense for youth and adults with an emphasis on real life application. This system was developed in the streets of Hawaii by 5 young men. Two of which who are my great uncles, Sijo and Joe Emperado. Kaju Fit Club is focused on the Spirit, Mind and Body. We offer Credit Boxing, Nutrition and Fitness. My goal is to have your whole family, training together, building strong relationships as Ohana and in our larger Ohana community. Aloha and Mahaloz

A fantastic training facility with excellent instruction . Sigung Emperado is the real deal and Kajukenbo is every bit as effective as it is fun!

**DO NOT GO HERE THINKING YOU WILL PLAY*** Okwui is really serious about working out. He is very encouraging and knowledgeable not only about the equipment but muscles in the body. He was really down to earth and encourages you the whole time. You will def work out your entire body with him but he will be right there cheering you on all the way.
