Overpriced and the food was not good. Vegetable lo-mien was like spaghetti noodles, way too dark and barely any vegetables at all. Beef and broccoli was bland.
Okay, for one. The customer service is very good. It’s a calm chill ambiance . Our server Natalie is very happy, knowledgeable and attentive. This was my first time coming here and I will be back. I ordered the deconstructed crab Ragoon appetizer, and the Edamame . For the entreé, Garlic noodles w/ extra shrimp. The shrimp was huge and the portion size was pretty good. The staff was nice and the atmosphere was ok, but the food was pretty expensive and ranged from mid to bad. I've been to a lot of American Chinese restaurants (I mean, I am American Chinese after all) , but this is like Midwest Chinese. Why is there butter in the lo mein?? Why are there jalapenos in the salt and pepper chicken? Why were there no chopsticks at the table? Just overall very weird choices and I definitely won't be coming back again.
I had read good review for this new(ish) restaurant and decided I wanted to give it a try for our Friday night dinner. However, I was disappointed in the quality and portions of the food. I ordered the bbq spring roll and received 2 for $13. I also ordered two chicken entrees. The chicken was chewy on both of them and mine, which was advertised to have broccoli, only had two pieces. Not worth the price in my opinion.
