Kaizen is a great gym and Joe Wiggell is an incredible trainer. In my mid 50s with no previous sustained gym experience, i've been working with him roughly 3 months and have already shed almost 20 lbs. Joe has a great sense of his clients' abilities, and knows exactly how to challenge us, inside and outside the gym, to become healthier and stronger.
