Kaizen is fantastic! Their initial consultation process is very thorough. All staff are very friendly, listen to your goals, are highly knowledgeable, and do a great job explaining why they are recommending certain exercises, as well as modifications or ways to make exercises more challenging as you progress. Scheduling is also great and they can get you in quickly in a pinch.
Best PT, health and wellness in the business! I had 4 bones cut in my foot and was struggling to understand how to get back to doing what I loved post op. I requested Kaizen PT to my foot doctor to help with my recovery and I was thankful they approved the request. I improved EVERY day under Kaizen's care, instruction and Physical therapy. Bryan is helping me figure out what is going on with the pain below, on, and over my kneecap, come to find out it is my feet!! Doing the exercises he has made for me is really helping! It is nice to not feel like I am going to drop to the ground everytime I take a step! Onward and upward! Thank you Bryan and staff!
