Lea @ Kaizen has worked wonders on my hip(s) pain! I can do lots now after the work she has done! I would highly recommend this place…And Lea!!!
Kaizen is the best physical therapy you can find. I wasn’t able to deadlift for 10 years after a back injury but now I am back in the gym getting my mobility and strength back. I recommend them as often as I can.

Bryan and his staff are great! I had multiple chronic issues that felt like they were never able to fully go away until I visited Kaizen. 2 weeks later and I feel 100% healthy. They go above and beyond for their patients and I will definitely be coming back for any future issues!
