Kaizen Health and Wellness has been a great partner for me . They see where to push safely for improving flexibility and strength. They're a great team to work with. Kaizen is a great place for therapy!! I had foot surgery and Dylan has helped me so much in getting back on my foot!! He’s so professional along with kindness and understanding!! He answers any questions I have and he is always honest with his answers whether good or not exactly what I wanted to hear …. Haha…. I appreciate that so much!! I am sure that I will be back to doing everything I use to without pain. I highly recommend Kaizen!! All the staff there is Amazing!!!
I went to Kaizen for several months. First for a foot injury and then to work on balance. I had been to physical therapy at other places before, but Kaizen is different. I felt like Dylan explained everything to me clearly and he made the therapy fun (even if I complained at times). The whole staff was welcoming, and it was fun to see them have fun with clients and with each other. Check out their Facebook posts. They truly are about health and wellness, not just therapy for one specific issue.
