I recently saw Dylan about some pain I was having in my right hip and my left foot. Dylan took the time to really understand how my pain was manifesting and found ways to help me treat it while still working out. He listened to what I needed and provided me with warm ups that eventually eliminated the pain.
I have never been fond of PT, but Kaizen Health had changed my mindset entirely. I work with Lea and she is great. She is always concerned on how I am doing and if we need to adjust anything. They work with you if you need to adjust your appointments. I look forward to my PT time. I have also worked with Bryan and he is great also. I would highly recommend them for you PT needs.
Dylan has been such a blessing ! My mobility has improved 100%, and I’m feeling great!
Dylan and the team at Kaizen have been amazing during my recovery. Dylan does a great job coming up with exercises to make sure my strength is developing as I need to get back to my sport of choice. He challenges me while helping me gain confidence to get back to training. It's great having a PT knowledgeable in powerlifitng and strength sports in general!
Very professional in all respects; I have a bad shoulder and they taught me how to help it, and they have contacts with orthopedic surgeons who got me in right away to further diagnois the problem and the projected solution.
