While recovering from knee arthroscopy and dealing with lingering knee pain I decided to see Bryan. He has been a huge help in guiding me towards exercises specific to my needs. He's very knowledgeable and was a great fit for me.

My experience at Kaizen have been wonderful Lea has a Real passion for helping me with my Rotor cuff therapy..I have had some difficult moments and she has work with me..the staff at Kaizen is amazing as I notice each client is special to them.
Kaizen health and wellness is a great place to go get those kinks in your body worked out. With a friendly knowledgeable staff that will get you back back on your feet and mobile again. Been going to Kaizen for about 3 years give or take and always feel fantastic when I leave each appointment! Plus you go there long enough they will memorize what car you drive so their ready to greet you when you walk in🤣 Unless you by a new truck and throw them for a loop
Lea at Kaizen Health and Wellness has helped me immensely to strengthen my legs, hips and core! I’ve learned exercises to help and been able to try needling and cupping for deeper muscle relief! The staff are all wonderful, especially Lea!!! Thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you!!
