Luke is an amazing trainer! I have been attending his Bootcamp for over a year now and I honestly love every session. No matter how tired or unmotivated I am when I arrive, I always leave the session feeling more awake and ready to get in to the day ahead. Luke provides great community and motivation to the team. I would recommend anyone who lives in the suburbs near by to come check it out! Also a perfect location to start your morning off with a great view.
Luke and Shaq are amazing! Infectious enthusiasm! Exercises are always varied mixing strength and cardio. Doing bootcamps are great starts to the day and motivation to eat right. I best bootcamp in sydney by far!
