They were very prompt to get me scheduled for a windshield replacement and their attention to detail was noticed. Overall, I highly recommend Kaizen for all automotive glass work and they've expanded into suspension and tires as well.
I am very thankful for Kaizen Auto Glass for their auto windshield repair and their positive customer service! A rock kicked up by a vehicle hit my windshield leaving a small crack on the passenger side - about the diameter of a nickel. I wanted to get it repaired before the crack spread. Kaizen repaired the crack and cured the area to protect it from UV within less than a half hour. They had a nice little wait area for me while they did the repair.
