Emily has great program
Great place! I am a Doctor of Chiropractic up in NH and am down here visiting family. My sister took me to the Saturday class that Emily hosted and I wished I could work out at a gym like this at home! As soon as we walked in everyone was saying hello to us and welcome my family. Emily came over and got us set up for the class super easy breezy. What an absolutely spotless gym; great equipment as well!
