What an incredible fitness experience. Small group classes are excellent. A perfect size. And lots of attention and adjustments (I've needed since I'm getting back into strength workouts). Also love the recovery services. Sauna, cold plunge, compression. Yoga as well. It is the full package for sure!
This gym was a great drop in, it was a block away from the ocean which is awesome. Great community with all the equipment you can need they even have a strength erg, and one of the few with cold plunge and sauna.
Great crowd and great ownership. Highly recommend
Such a quiet and beautiful space, cool and calming. I absolutely love when I can make the classes here. Yoga being added to this space pulls so much of it together. I felt challenged and comfortable in ALL of my classes.
