I have reviewed Kaitz Construction and its owner Rick Kaitz before on yelp, but I have to share an update on the recent renovations he led to completely transform a defunct bathroom into a new office space and guest bathroom. When we purchased the house, we knew that the downstairs bathroom needed to be renovated. The previous owners had "upgraded" a 1960s model bathroom and space into a shabby attempt at luxury, but with shoddy materials and poor workmanship. I have had the honor of working with Kaitz Construction for years now. Rick is hands down one of the most honorable contractors I know. He is fair, respectful, resourceful, incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of construction and life, down to earth and all around someone completely trustworthy.
