Very disappointing experience. A sushi restaurant with no straws, or spicy mayo for salmon, and the sushi being prepared without gloves was very unprofessional. Service was also poor, we felt overlooked compared to other guests. We still left a decent tip, but unfortunately, the food quality didn’t justify the experience. Not sure how this has great reviews, must be fabricated
This was a solid Japanese meal, even if it didn’t completely wow me. The salmon sashimi was fresh and enjoyable, though not the best I’ve had. I had originally hoped to order yellowtail, but they only had amberjack. I personally prefer yellowtail, as I found the amberjack leaner, more fishy, and left a lingering aftertaste that I didn’t enjoy as much. My favorite dishes were actually the appetizers. Incredibly fresh! Highly recommend!
Kaito Sushi diappointly failed. Their superficial service negatively affect their food and atmosphere. My family looked forward to celebrating my son's 18 birthday by enjoying some sushi. Other families came in after us and left before us. As for the order, they brought out my wife's hot dinner 20 minutes before my children's sushi order. They forgot my order, so I reminded them.
