I had my hair done by Jacqui last night, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! I had a big change with a lot of length cut off and a half head of foils, and she absolutely nailed it. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment, and paid so much attention to detail. I was greeted by Jahnu who was so friendly and welcoming. He was so attentive and made me feel very special. He also gives the best head massages. I had such a fantastic experience! The haircut was exactly what I was hoping for — a beautifully styled short cut that’s easy to manage and really suits my face. What I loved most was the colour; Carly transformed my grey hair into a modern, trendy look that feels fresh and stylish rather than something to hide. The attention to detail and understanding of what would work best for me really stood out. I walked out feeling confident and completely refreshed. Had my first appointment at the salon last week and was lucky to have the lovely Jahnu as my stylist. Jahnu completely understood my needs and got my colour EXACTLY right. So many of my previous stylists go too dark which completely washes me out until the colour fades. Love my cut which looks great both styled and unstyled and is been so easy to manage in the humidity. Already looking forward to my next appointment.
So happy I found Kaitlyn. My hair was fried from an another salon. I knew I was at the right place when Kaitlyn put together a realistic plan to get my hair back to healthy. Looking forward to my next appointment. 100% recommend this salon.
