A big thank you to Kaitlyn and her wonderful team for making my first experience truly amazing. When I first walked in I immediately felt so comfortable . I was greeted by Jahnu who was so friendly and welcoming. He was so attentive and made me feel very special. He also gives the best head massages. So happy I found Kaitlyn. My hair was fried from an another salon. I knew I was at the right place when Kaitlyn put together a realistic plan to get my hair back to healthy. Looking forward to my next appointment. 100% recommend this salon.
Had my first appointment at the salon last week and was lucky to have the lovely Jahnu as my stylist. Jahnu completely understood my needs and got my colour EXACTLY right. So many of my previous stylists go too dark which completely washes me out until the colour fades. Love my cut which looks great both styled and unstyled and is been so easy to manage in the humidity. Already looking forward to my next appointment.
Kaitlyn is the kindest, most welcoming and knowledgeable person I’ve ever trusted with my hair. She has been transforming my hair from box-dye black back to my natural colour, and it has looked incredible every single step of the way. She explains everything clearly, genuinely cares about the health of my hair, and makes the whole experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. I always leave feeling confident and looked after. I’m so grateful I found her, she truly works magic. Highly recommend!
Jahnu at Kaitlyn Wagner hairdressing is absolutely fabulous and does the most amazing job on my hair. I went to him with hair that was in need of some serious help and he fixed it perfectly. He's knowledge and recommendation with colours gave me the exact outcome I was looking for. The salon is beautiful too and has gorgeous products. Couldn't be any happier :)
