Kaitlyn was very helpful. She explained everything clearly. She listened and took account of what we had to say. We needed to know whether my mother could fly and Kaitlyn went out of her way to make sure we had an answer before we left. She also provided us with a letter confirming that my mother could fly and arranged for us to have a paper copy before we left.
