I’ve been a patient for years. I was a patient of Dr. Browns. Since he has retired it has not been the same. Very rushed and only brief encounters with Dr. Pitchock. In my experience most of the work is done by a dental assistant. Even skilled cosmetic work is not done solely by Dr. Pitchock. Issues that used to be one visit have turned into 2 or 3 visits. What used to be a great practice is one I can no longer recommend.

My mother started before the pandemic with Dr Brown for dentcures, so after the office reopens he gave her to Dr Pitchok. Big mistake, atleast 2, 3, 4 times a month she was going for grinding, relining, grinding more, I asked my mom why she was going there that much when my dad got his dentures he went once or twice, maybe three time not like this.
