I would strongly caution anyone considering Kaitlyn Miller for a family law. She agreed to take on my case but later dropped it without notice or support, leaving me in the middle of a very sensitive custody matter involving domestic violence and a protection order. Her lack of preparation and follow-through at my court hearing hurt my case, she went in without the critical documents the judge had specifically requested. Called to schedule consultation, Was told I would receive a confirmation call two days prior never received that call. On the day of my appointment I received a rude voicemail from her office telling me I needed to confirm my appointment otherwise they would cancel , I returned their call, left a message, and I never received a call from my consultation
Kaitlyn Miller and her team are absolutely wonderful, professional, and absolutely positive when life can come at you pretty negatively. She handled my case with complete honesty and respect. I would go to her if you are feeling unsure about your case, I had a family case so I would call or email on how far legal advise would go, but other than that she helped me and my daughters live a better life. I would highly recommend her and her team on how great they can handle a case.
I'm livid. Livid. She told me "there is NO Motion to Change Schools." There is. Therefore made me look like a FOOL in the filing process with the Motion to Change Custody! She won't ever be prepared for her meetings prior to them. She won't always follow your directions. I'm so glad that I am not using her anymore.
