Cancelling an appointment with 1 hour notice is a complete disrespect of your customers time. I would be required to pay a cancellation fee if I cancel within 24 hours. Super disappointed with this.

Kaitlyn always works on the “mad” muscles and focuses until they finally feel relaxed. She always uses perfect pressure and adjusts based on how your body reacts. Love the choice of essential oils at the end. Online booking and direct billing makes it even easier! Bonus is she does cupping during the massage and doesn’t make you book it as a separate appointment 😊
