Misdiagnosed me with severe asthma when Dr. Chakravarti in NYC at Mount Sinai 14th Street diagnosed me with long COVID and said I never had asthma. Has been completely unprofessional, canceling appointments, going on maternity leave without telling me leaving me in the lurch during various lung emergencies. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR! She should not be allowed to work for Mount Sinai and only does so because, as per her receptionist, "she is our only pulmonologist and she has no back-up." Amazing doctor! It was my first time seeing a pulmonologist, and I had lots of questions about lung health and some symptoms I was feeling. Dr. Seitz had really great bedside manner, answered my questions very well, and explained everything throughly. I did not feel rushed at all. I learned a lot about lung health from this visit, and I am going to come see Dr. Seitz again for my yearly pulmonologist visits; 100% recommend!
