My wife was recovering from surgery and was having issues with catheter flow. I called the office and spoke with Nika in triage. She said come in and check in at the desk. At the office they quickly checked my wife into triage. As a team they quickly worked as a team (Nika, Lauren and Dr Ridder). They quickly resolved the issue. A special thanks to Nika and Lauren… professional, efficient, and most importantly friendly and kind. Have a Blessed day.
This was my initial visit and I was made to feel at ease from the moment I checked in through checking out.
So thankful to have found Dr Ridder. She has the best bedside manner. Genuinely cares. I felt heard. She explained herself well. Is continuing to work with me as we figure out what is causing my issues. We need more doctors like her!
Dr Ridder was great. I would highly recommend her. She was very caring. I felt like a person and not just a number.
