I’ve been going to Woodward since 2014 and always see Katie. She is incredibly personable, knowledgeable and takes a genuine interest in your well-being. She has frequently taken extra time to answer my questions or concerns. That is a rarity in medicine these days. I hope UPMC recognizes that she is a major asset to the practice. My only disappointment is seeing the changes in the office since UPMC acquired the practice: primarily, that scheduling is more robotic and it has been difficult to reach a person on the phone.
