My husband and I both used Frankie as our PCP and we both trusted and loved her. She’s a great listener, super knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients. When my husband was hospitalized with Covid she called me from home daily and over the weekend to check on him (and me!)

My dad is 82 years old. He made a mistake and thought his appointment at Lexington Primary Care with Physician Assistant Frankie Hoover was 330 instead of 3 o’clock. We arrived at the doctors office at 3:23. The receptionist checked with the PA, Frankie Hoover, Who is 27 or 28 years old, to see if she would still see my dad. The PA said that it was too late that she could not see him because it had gone past the 15 minute window. This office and it's staff provide exceptional patient services and make it easy to seek medical attention that is reliable and efficient. Kaitlyn Hoover takes the time to listen to you as a patient, provides answers to your questions or concerns and provides diagnosis, treatment and will refer you to a specialist for further medical treatments if necessary. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a truly caring medical professional!
