kaitlins attention to detail is beyond a joke. so many issues its actually quite laughable. id think long and hard before purchasing one of these sub par homes! doors arent installed properly. tile work is a joke. scratches all over everyone of the cabinets i could go on and on and on. waited 5 years for this junk!

worst builder in Durham Region
Bought a townhouse from these guys since February 2021 to close in February 2022. This is august 2022 and I doubt it will be ready this year/ mind you… they left the project stagnant and started all other blocks to meet the stagnant ones so all are now on the same level. Isn’t that madness??? Why not just finish 1 before another. My family is here struggling with landlord issues after giving landlord of multiple date change from these rubbish people. But at your own risk
