They are Awesome! The furnace technician was so professional and knowledgeable and he fixed the problem with our furnace .
I scheduled for Kaith’s to give us an estimate on oil tank removal and installation. Nobody showed up. I called to find out why and apparently the person I talked to the first time didn’t create an account for us so this time an account was created and we were scheduled again. When asked if they could do anything else for me I said just make sure that someone shows up this time. Once again nobody showed up. A recent power surge knocked out the air handler and blower for our heating system. Kaith's technicians showed up the following day and determined the circuit board and blower were completely fried. They had to order one to fit our system and that took a while. When it arrived they set up an appointment for the following Friday at 8:30, arrived at 8:15. They had me scheduled to get a new furnace in my home. It has been 4 months, they came out looked at it, gave me a quote I said yes to the quote. We have been this whole time with no heat. I have called them several times. The comment they gave me was we are focusing on people with no heat. What the hell do you think I have been calling you for. I had an 8:00 am appointment for today and the technician came to my home at 8:34. (I have been dealing with Kaith’s for 5 years and this occurs every time I have an appointment). No apologies. The technician never asked if I was having any issues with my furnace and was unaware that I had a contract with Kaith’s. I called the office to complain and the woman who answered said that the technician was “only a couple minutes late.” She thinks 34 minutes is a couple minutes!
