No show, claimed I hadn't booked an appointment, boss claimed he never spoke to me despite my call logs showing otherwise. I drove from Pittsburgh 2 hours to Ebensburg to meet them and took off work to do it. My mom drove from Altoona. Complete waste of my time and hers. No apology, no trying to fix it or make it right. I would not book with them if you value your time because they certainly do not. We're going with someone else to replace our boiler.
My family and I have used Kaith’s multiple times to fix heating issues in our home throughout the last few years. They have come as early as the next day and have always been very professional. We always call them first when we need something with our heat system looked at. Would recommend. Thank you guys!

Called Kaith's with an emergency call that my boiler had a blow out and was completely non-funtional on a Sunday. They called me back and said we can send someone to look at it on a Tuesday with work to begin on a Wednesday. Kaith showed up Monday to bid out the job and he sent a full crew Tuesday..had a new propane boiler hooked up and working within the day. Our water heater quit working, so I called Kaith's to see if they could come look at it. Within 3 & ½ hours of my call the technician was there, diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat, ran to the supply store to get the parts, and had my water heater running perfectly again. And the technician, Bryce, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely call them again for my heating & plumbing needs.
