Cannot praise this urgent care enough. They got me through what would have been over a month of tests in just 4 hours and scheduled my follow up for the day after. Wait time was ~15 mins to get triaged, then ~45 mins to see the doctor who ordered the tests and scans, a little over an hour to get those done, new scans scheduled for an hour after that then getting pretty quick results. I've been to countless kaiser doctors, and I really mean it's been a lot of them, and not a single one has made the slightest bit of effort to actually diagnose any of my chronic or acute symptoms. I hope my next health problem kills me fast, because I'm never going to another doctor again because of these people. Today all of the staff were very polite except the doctor, whom once again told me she doesn't know what's wrong with me and sent me home with the advice of "drink plenty of water." Very Good place for medical services
I was ordered by security to go through the metal detector when a women in front of me was told to go around. I asked why she didn't go through as I was ordered. He said, " Because she has a stroller." I said, "you didn't check her bag." He didn't check her at all. Unbelievable
