Their service was terrible. My wife is five weeks pregnant and experienced bleeding, so we went to the emergency room. We waited in the lobby for one hour and 45 minutes, during which time people who checked in an hour later were called before us and left. We felt like we were just stalling. I asked the front desk for an estimate on how much longer we would have to wait, but she didn’t know. After two hours, we decided to leave, even though my wife was in considerable pain.

I was transported to this place by ambulance and when I got there they were super packed didn't bother me to have to wait but after watching a whole lobby change people and have new patients and watching the newer patients get seen before me who has been waiting for 3 hours already. I finally asked a nurse when I was gonna be seen and she rudely said I'm not sure we will get to you when we get to you. I went in for GI bleeding, it was the most blood I've ever seen with having this issue, that I have received no diagnosis, for 4 or 5 years now. Dr. Lum didn't bother to read my chart, and tried to tell me I would need to go through all of the same procedures to diagnose what was wrong with me that I have already been through.
