I have been a member of Kaiser Permanent since January 1 2020. Shortly thereafter, the Covid pandemic began making all my initial meetings via zoom or similar technology. I recently had the pleasure of having a face t face appointment with my psychiatrist, Dr. Somova, and she was every bit as warm, empathetic, and kind with an infectious positivity that makes me smile, as I felt even when talking to her via a computer.
