I highly recommend Patrick Buckley and his team at Kaiser. I had a problem with incorrect installation of my chimney flashing and ice/ water membrane. It was still under warrantee and so I had to get multiple quotes. Patrick came out to assess the problem, he gave me a very detailed quote immediately along with multiple photos and a video addressing the issue which I could send to Owen’s Corning. From the first call I made to Kaiser, Charlie followed up with me almost instantly to set an appointment to inspect my roof. He stayed in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. The communication was great from day one. From the initial inspection all the way through the completion of the project I had a really good experience. Charlie was with me throughout the whole process. The entire project went very smoothly, the crew was very knowledge and worked diligently, as well as very polite.
They did a great job in the time frame promised. Jackson was great to work with, made everything easy. Highly recommend
This company replaced the roof on my townhouse in Matthews. The roofing is great but my only complaint was the lack of care for my personal belongings on my patio. Thankfully the company is now correcting the situation for me, and I am very appreciative. Thank you. 6 year update: I’m needing to repair my downspout because it is FULL of rusted roofing nails.
