The office staff is absolutely horrible. You can call 20 times a day and never get an answer. The front desk people are generally rude and unhelpful. The office cycles through PA's so regularly! Every time I find someone I like, they leave.
Been going to this practice over 15 yrs now. Front desk staff are horrible, probably why there is always a help wanted sign out front. Lab techs are great but high turn over there also. They have not had good PA, NP or RN in years, Kavanagh was the best and she left, they don't stay long either have to wonder why. I have only seen Kaiser one time on telemedicine appointment and I was not impressed. This is what happens with no competition in a small town.
Dr Kaiser is a great doctor and I eouldnt go anywhere else. He has helped me and many of my family members.
Dr. Kaiser has been our family doctor for over a decade. He has spent the time needed with us and has been friendly and professional. His office staff is courteous and helpful. Much better than any doctor we found in West Virginia. We drive over 30 miles one way to see him.
I asked to see Dr Kaiser and was told that in order to see him I would have to schedule several months in advance. So I did and after waiting almost 6 months I went in for my appointment and I was seen by his PA. I never got to see Dr Kaiser..The PA did not address my concerns and did not offer a follow up or explanation as to why Dr Kaiser would not see me. I don't recommend them to anybody.
